PARTY SIZE
- Confirmation of party size is required one week in advance
- In the event that party size is in excess of coaching ratio, we reserve the right to limit number of children allowed on the gym floor
- Party size recomendations : Ages 7 and older, Max 14 kids Ages 6 & under, Max 10 kids
- Children 3 & under need to be accompanied by an adult
HOW TO BOOK A PARTY
Call our office to reserve a date, 250-564-7343. Party times are subject to availability so book early to avoid disappointment; we recommend at least 5 weeks in advance. A $120 deposit is required upon booking.
PARTY INFORMATION
Parties are two hours long- the first hour is on the floor with a coach, and the second hour is in the Party room for food and presents. Birthday rooms are equipped with microwave, freezer or fridge, table with table cloth, and chairs. You may bring your own food or order in! Please provide coach with list of children attending party; first and last names are submitted to Gym BC for insurance purposes.
REFUND POLICY
If a birthday is cancelled within two weeks of the set date, a 50% refund will be provided. If a birthday is cancelled with more than two weeks notice, a 100% refund will be provided.
