Board of Directors
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors elected on an annual basis at the Annual General Meeting of the Club.
There are not always enough Board members to fill all of the positions, and any parents who have an interest in participating on the Board are strongly encouraged to do so.
The Board meets once a month at the club.

BOARD PRESENTATION PROTOCOL
- Board meetings are scheduled to be on the 3rd Mondayof each month at 6:00 pm (subject to change).
- Any presentations must be received in writing at least 7 days in advance of the meeting.
- There will be only two presentations per meeting. These will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
- Presentations are limited to 10 minutes. Please be prepared to answer questions.
- Please submit your request to the office.
