For Adults
In this 1.5 hour class, once a week, the focus will be on improved flexibility and dynamic movement.
The first goal of the Adult session is to build strength and flexibility, if we get both of those elements going we may be able to show you how to do some gymnastic activity.
In an hour and a half we spend the first 20 minutes working on flexibility and strength, then we move to the gymnastic component, we work through an exercise that will introduce you to a specific gymnastic skill in 20 minutes, the next 40 minutes are on the equipment. We finish up with 10 minutes of stretching (flexibility).
We observe what you can do then introduce activities that will increase your skill. You are not asked to meet a performance standard.
If you come once a week the flexibility will improve, if you come twice a week you will notice the strength improvement.
Dress in a snug top, shorts or leggings, a sweat shirt for the first few minutes, be prepared to be upside down.

Price: Varies depending on how many weeks per session. Plus $64.00 insurance fee once yearly from September - August
