What Do I need to do to register for programs and classes?
You will need to first create an account by going to www.pggymnastics.ca.
The first account you create with be the primary account holder; parent or guardian. Once you have created an account you can create your child(ren)'s account by adding them as family members.
Can I register over the phone or at the office?
You are able to register over the phone - you will need to be sure you have an account already created. Also please note that registration day is very busy, if we do not answer please leave us a message and we will return your call. Registration in person for our fall and spring sessions will not be open until the day after Open Registration.
When will Registration Dates be posted?
Registration dates will be posted on our website, facebook and instagram approximately 1 month prior to Open Registration.
What is the GBC Fee I am being charged?
The Gymnastics of BC Insurance fee. This is a mandatory yearly fee charged per athlete which runs from September 1st to August 30th.
What form of payment do you accept?
If registering online you can use either Visa or Mastercard. Payment at the office can be cash, debit, Mastercard or visa. We do not accept American Express.
If a class I want is full can I put my child(ren) on a waiting list?
If a class is full you do have the option to put your child(ren) on a waiting list. You can put them on as many waiting lists as you would like. To be put on a waitlist it is the same as registering for a class. You will add the class to your cart and go to the payment screen. This will show a 0.00 balance meaning you have been added to the waitlist.
You do not need to call to check on the status of the waitlists. We monitor the waitlist daily. If a spot opens up we will call the first person on the waitlist. You will be given 24 hours to respond. Unfortunately if we do not hear from your within this time frame we will move onto the next person. It is very important that you keep your contact information current.

What should I do if I have forgotten my log in/password?
Please contact us at the office 250-564-7343. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Creating a new account can cause the badges, levels and priority registration to be blocked from returning athletes and they will not have the appropriate pre-requisitions for the classes.
Am I able to Access my receipts?
You can do this by going to My Account and clicking "Prior transactions and receipts"
