What Do I need to do to register for programs and classes?
You will need to first create an account by going to www.pggymnastics.ca.
The first account you create with be the primary account holder; parent or guardian. Once you have created an account you can create your child(ren)'s account by adding them as family members.
Can I register over the phone or at the office?
All registration is done online. Day 1 of registration is for Preschool aged kids and day 2 of registration is for all other classes. We will not be answering the phone during the first 2 days of registration. If you need help please send us 1 email and we will reply in the order received. Registration in person or over the phone for our fall and spring sessions will not be open until the 3rd day of registration.
When will Registration Dates be posted?
Registration dates will be posted on our website, facebook and/or instagram approximately 2 weeks prior to Open Registration.
What is the GBC Fee I am being charged?
The Gymnastics of BC Insurance fee. This is a mandatory yearly fee charged per athlete which runs from September 1st to August 30th.
What form of payment do you accept?
If registering online you can use either Visa or Mastercard. Payment at the office can be cash, debit, Mastercard or visa. We do not accept American Express.
If a class I want is full can I put my child(ren) on a waiting list?
If a class is full you do have the option to put your child(ren) on a waiting list. You can put them on as many waiting lists as you would like. To be put on a waitlist it is the same as registering for a class. You will add the class to your cart and go to the payment screen. This will show a 0.00 balance meaning you have been added to the waitlist.
You do not need to call to check on the status of the waitlists. Our system is automatic so if a spot opens you will receive an email and have 24 hours to accept the class before it moves on to the next person. If you are already registered in a class and would like the waitlist spot instead, please register for the waitlist class before contacting the office for withdrawal out of the class you no longer want. If you click the link but do not complete the registration process the system will move on to the next person.
How do I look up my Badge Level?
Login to your account and click on the circle that says Levels/Badges. If there is a check mark beside a level, register in the next level up.

What should I do if I have forgotten my log in/password?
Please click the link that says - Click here to reset your password. PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Creating a new account can cause the badges, levels and priority registration to be blocked from returning athletes and they will not have the appropriate pre-requisitions for the classes.
Am I able to Access my receipts?
You can do this by going to My Account and clicking "Invoices".
